This Award is open to organisations (excepting charities and the public sector) who have 5-249 employees, irrespective of industry sector.

A successful entrant will be able to demonstrate that their business operates in ways that considers all stakeholders, so as to have a positive impact on society, local communities, the environment, and the local economy.

The judges are looking for evidence in all of the following four areas:

•  How your products/services address a social, environmental, or economic problem

• Embedded practices for ensuring your business considers all stakeholders, operating to the benefit of people, communities and the planet

• How your supply chain is influenced/managed and used to leverage positive impact

• How employees form an integral part of your business i.e. contribution to decision-making, how staff wellbeing and personal development are supported within an inclusive environment
